With over 20 years of experience in residential plumbing, Mitch is a Master Plumber who brings skill, integrity, and old-school customer service to every job. Growing up in Colby, KS, he learned the value of hard work and family business from his father, who also ran a plumbing company. Mitch is known for his friendly, down-to-earth approach, and he takes the time to get to know each customer and their home’s unique plumbing needs. He’s also an animal lover, so don’t be surprised if he stops to give your dog (or cat!) some extra attention before getting to work.
Carrie Griffin
Business Manager
Raised in Shawnee, Carrie moved away for college but knew this was where she wanted to put down roots and raise a family. Working behind the scenes, Carrie manages the business and keeps everything in order. She likes to say she does everything except the plumbing! Carrie is also a travel agent specializing in cruises, so if she’s not taking your plumbing call, there’s a good chance she’s working remotely from a ship somewhere on the high seas.
Piper Griffin
The Heart of It All
At just four years old, Piper is already the brightest light in our lives. She’s smart, full of energy, and has a talent for making people laugh—an aspiring comedian in the making! She loves being outside, making friends, and causing just enough mischief to keep us on our toes. One of her biggest passions is gymnastics at Pinnacle, where she’s building strength, confidence, and resilience each week. She’s the reason behind everything we do, and we’re incredibly proud of her.
